As long as you guys keep paying dues to the PBA, they will continue stealing your money. Do not believe for 1 second BSO left because of low pay and morale. BSO left because of not having a voice, never being able to vote on the leadership, no ability to vote on who to endorse and the total sell out of the membetship to the department for personal gain. Marano is the down fall of the PBA. Do not let him suck you down too.

The fools at HPD will never leave the PBA. They are so blind by Jeffrey's BS that they can't think on their own. Jeffrey and Bober are on the same team. You lost your pension because of PBA President Jeffrey Marano and no one else. Jeff made it seem that the City was the enemy, yet all along and it continues to be Jeff and the PBA who are the enemy. Wake up Hollywood Police and leave the PBA, they are not serving your best interest, only the interest of a few.

Why would we ever go to IUPA they are unproven and all the agencies up north that had them have left them. You must have not seen the new contract that we got because you are still talking about the pay cuts that we took and the benefits that where taken. The PBA and the Hollywood Police stood together and got a good contract. BSO will get screwed by the county commission and its just what you BSO deputies deserve. You guys never showed up to meetings and never showed unity at all. Enjoy IUPA while it lasts get ready to get bent over with your contract. By the way BSO stay off our page go to your page to whine like you guys always do.

BTW, have you seen some of the benefits finally restored in the new contract, poised for approval at today's commission meeting ? Nice !

crumbs you say what does a top out deputy make around 70 thousand right!! well since out contract passed a top out officer now will be making 89 thousand along with a drop which FRS does not offer for deputies anymore, along with a 25 at 75 last time i checked FRS is 30 years now or age 60. I will stick to our contract with our 6 steps which are 5 percent along with our longevity step at 10 which is 5 percent 13 which is 5 percent 16 which is 2.5 and year 20 which is also 2.5. You deputies will never see a contract like this ever because you morons cant stay together as one your to busy fighting over crumbs as you say and new cars. Please enjoy IUPA you can have them they tried to steal the PBA attorneys and where told they would not work for IUPA ever. Deputies are still calling the PBA to make sure they are still members because they have no faith in IUPA enjoy your 400 man union (IUPA). Enjoy the commission and sheriff sticking it up your ass on your future contract. By the way go back to your own page and cry BSO deputies.
