Very true. The pay is good. And yes, there have been changes that make no sense but that's life. Roll with it. Give them what they want and try to enjoy your family and friends. Remember folks, the guy that makes 0 arrests gets paid the same as the guy arresting everything that walks. The administration cannot request stats. If they do they are admitting to a quota sytem. So if you are told your stats are low ask them to post on the bulletin board just what is expected on a daily basis and you will comply.

Also, tell me about this 24/7 work schedule, I was one of the people in one of those salary articles way back and I don't remember being there 24/7! If you don't live like a millionaire then you will do just fine on the salary, holiday pay and a bit of court time.

When your feeling really down in the dumps about your government job and the 100K you make, take a look at an ARMY PVT, Corp., or Sergeant and what they earn for a TRULY dangerous VOLUNTEER job. Get over yourself! Go cry to your 33!
BSO - tops out higher. Bocca makes 34% more. Bal harbor makes 11% more. These numbers are with out extra details. You are an ignorant doushe bag.

Almost certain there's more to a veteran officer leaving, normally you would see a probie or someone with under 5 years leaving.

they wont do that, FSS makes quota or increased productivity ( words they use) a criminal offense, not to mention you can depo them and file suit against them as an individual. They will never be stupid enough to give you that info via electronic message or on paper. But WHY would you do more when you have a Mayor and his puppets that think YOU are the bad guy not the robbery subject looking for a citizen to victimize . I thought democrats like public servants. ???
