Chief coalition teacher
Gibbs students are socialmedia'ing their network about a lesson that Chief Holloway taught them. That on opening day of school the chief gave a speech teaching them how his officers track criminal activity. Everyone in the auditorium was told that his cops get intel from social media and the chief wanted the students and everyone else present to know that when they put something on social media it's the same as snitching.

Well Kurt, see if you can figure this out. The chief's been in law enforcement for 30 yrs and was an undercover vice detective in Clearwater. Tipping off about surveillance methods is a basic no-no. Gibbs is political ground zero for the coalition to tout how their principal runs an operation. What the chief said to Reuben's kids isn't up for debate. He said it. He won't and can't deny it but if you want his spin on it, get it from the horse's mouth.
