Mayor Orlando Lopez and his MASTER PLAN to destroy The City of Sweetwater, OUR CITY.

Mayor Orlando Lopez and his MASTER PLAN to destroy The City of Sweetwater, OUR CITY.

It is very clear that the Mayor Orlando Lopez is not interested by the well-being of the City of Sweetwater's and much less that of our residents.
Major Lopez is an extremely arrogant individual, accustomed to doing what of he desire, no matter for him to break the laws or rules if necessary, to be able to achieve his objective

Placido Diaz a/k/a BAKER PUMPKIN HEAD" you are making the most ridiculous role of your entire life.
Plácido "THEY DON'T WANT YOU " you have to leave, whether you like it or not.
Mr. Placido Diaz a/k/a "Baker Pumpkinhead" you are not ratified as a Police Chief by the elected officials of the city ( the Commissioners), you have to leave my friend, whether you like it or not.
If you decided not to leave in a nice way, a judge will order it!, and you are going to be forced by the court to leave the office.

The "strong" mayor is the city administrator, but he must obey and comply with the City’s Charter; like it or not, if he refused to comply with the chapter a judge a or governor will forced him to do so or removed.

THE CITY OF SWEETWATER IS NOT ORLANDO LOPEZ's PRIVATE BUSINESS.
THE CITY IS A GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OWNED BY OUR TAXPAYERS AND RULED BY THE APPROVED CITY CHAPTER

PLACIDO DIAZ "THE PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATOR IS AN IMPOSTOR" MADE BY WILLY GORT.

PLÁCIDO DIAZ A CITY OF MIAMI RESERVE POLICE OFFICER AND A RED LIGHT CAMERA HEARING OFFICER & A BAKER ACT (34).

Sometimes I don’t get thing exactly right, but I’m never that far off from the real truth about the people and schemes that I write about.

    Before
At the beginning of the week I wrote about former slumlord Placido Diaz a/k/a PUMPKIN HEAD becoming the new Hearing Officer for the Red Light Camera Court that the City of Miami is starting up.

I was wrong, he’s going to be the administrator.

I couldn’t nail down the exact amount that he’s going to be paid, but I was told it will be in the $60,000 a year range. That’s a $20,000 a year increase from his salary he’s getting with Commissioner Willie Gort. That’s a nice jump in salary for a guy in need of cash after walking away from over $3 million in debts.

More importantly, he going to become an employee of the Miami Police Department, which now explains very clearly why Chief of Police Manny ‘I Do Favors For The Commissioners’ Orosa is refusing to sign the IA Incident Report on the Diaz incident, where he pulled a gun and threatened to kill himself at Los Ranchos restaurant at Bayside last January.

How would it look to hire Placido Diaz in the Police Department if that report, that I’ve been led to believe doesn’t make Diaz or the officer who answered the call look good.

I mean really? This is a guy who showed such bad judgement - and I’m being kind here - that if he hadn’t been a former cop, and an employee of a Miami City Commissioner, would have been hauled off under the Baker Act to spend a minimum of 48 hours in an institution.

Is Placido Diaz still a Reserve Police Officer after this incident? Does he still have a license to carry a concealed weapon? These are real and legitimate questions that the main stream news medias should be asking of someone who is now going to be hired by the Police Department to be the Red Light administrator!

The other question is that given that Diaz tried to get back on the foce last year, and didn’t, will this hire mean that he can get back on the police pension plan? I mean really? Will the taxpayers end up paying this guy a pension?

And just for giggles, who is going to be looking over Diaz’s shoulder to make sure that everything is done according to Hoyle?

It’s obvious that if the Chief of Police is willing to sit on an IA Investigative Report that’s critical of Diaz before he even becomes the administrator of this Red Light Court, then who’s going to be making sure that things run on the up and up with this new little financial boondoggle? And it will end up being a boondoggle because this is the Banana Republic of Miami after all, and stupid shit happening is just par for the course, starting with the fact - and you can make book on this - that this program will turn out to be underfunded and understaffed, and a year from now will be cosily operating somewhere spending more money than it takes in.

You gotta love the Manny Orosa, the Chief whose always eager to do a City Commissioner a favor, in this case Willie “Under Criminal Investigation” Gort, even if it means hiring someone with the potential to go postal and pull out his gun again the next time things get too stressful!

Placido Diaz has demonstrated that he’s not the smartest, or most trustworthy rock in the quarry and it wll be really interesting to wait for the stories about how this program is running start leaking out.

Best of all, with all of the crying and gnashing of teeth by those good folks in Coconut Grove along with Commissioner “Ethics” crying about the need to spend another $9 - $10 million on hiring more police, it’s just going to be too funny that a portion of this money will end up going to hire Placido Diaz.

Let’s see how that helps put a stop to all those stolen bikes and break-in’s, right!

Last desperate attempt to make sure things stay the same and avoid jail
As authorities close in and arrests are expected in the next few weeks, the avalanche of threads and posts of the last few days clearly reflect how scare the guilty ones are. And despite an effort to project to be a majority, these are the same old few bad apples. It doesn’t take a genius to see that the same old things are reposted over and over again with the same old comments over and over. The lack of fresh input speaks volumes. The reposting and repetition of old baseless information is nothing more than a last desperate attempt to get rid of those responsible for exposing corruption and collaborating with authorities to clean the department once and for all.

Sadly enough it seems corruption is embedded in more than just the police department. The many attempts by the members of the commission to block change, transparency and improvement seems to indicate their desire to keep the "status quo" leading one to believe, either they have something to hide and are part of the existing problem, or they are currently benefiting from a corrupt system.

To the benefit of the residents none of them are very smart and take actions that are nothing more than shots in the dark because such actions are either unenforceable or are not within their power to take so basically these end up as nothing more than ink on a piece of paper. The fact that the new command staff is still there is one proof of that.

It was doubtful the Chief would stay after a few weeks on the job. God knows that far from a welcoming committee he was besieged by attacks and ridicules from all different directions. Is this place even worth the trouble? It would just be a matter of time before he packed up and left leaving this city to continue to rot in its own manure (I would have) It has now been over three months since he took the realm of the department and it doesn’t seem he’s going anywhere. For whatever reason he's chosen to hang on this far, and whether he is bothered or not by the continued ongoing personal attacks, change and progress steadily have been taking place and the department continues to move forward in the right direction. Somehow and thru it all he managed to remain focused on his goals and agenda for this department.

Time is good for growing roots and roots become permanent foundations. It appears that while everyone was busy bickering, unbeknown to most, the Chief was using all this time to settle roots, roots that continue to grow each passing day and as we speak. Maybe just maybe this department might be a step closer to some kind of stability.
