Is this the representation we get with the PBA. Meghan went out on WC 3 times last year. She has been out this entire year because she tripped over a rock, fell and hurt her wrist. She has been milking that for 9 months all while doing everything she can to get off the road. Shes applied for SRO, college unit, and CI. She is in a personal, long ongoing feud with Diperna. (which should really help during negotiations). This is the person the PBA thinks should represent us?

It's all documented in the book ( inside the Broward sheriffs office ) very interesting read good 43 on Meghan. Boy the PBA is making desperate moves.

What gets me is that depite all the proof of tge PBA deception, there are still people who support the PBA. And we really wonder how peoole like Hillary and Obama get elected

Megan got hurt in the line of duty, it does not matter how she got hurt. She should not come back to work until she is 100 percent healed. You might think she is milking it and if she is who cares. BSO milks everything out of you so let it be. Megan would be a good rep for us, she is reliable and dependable. Only one person can be better in that position and that is DH.

Sorry but Meghan is just like Lee. She was never involved with or cared about the union until she was thrown out of C.I. and I call b.s on who cares if she is milking her injury. Each day she is out causes one more deputy not to be able to take a day off .

I wonder how much Meghan is going to set aside to buy elastic bands for her waist.
She is no bargain. She is Lee's friend.
At least with Lee being gone he will lose weight because he will be on the "I have to buy my own lunch" Diet.
Now if we could only get rid of Jeff and Rod, the organization would be worth while once again.

How can this be possible? We didn't vote for Meghan Brooks to be a full time position. For anyone with less then 6 years with the agency Meghan was in cahoots with criminal XO Dave Benjamin & tried to get several good Deputies and Supervisors fired by lying. One Lt. got his job back and recently got promoted to Captain. She should not even be allowed in the PBA. All of us at Pompano remember when Lee Martin stuffed mailboxes with Brooks resume when she ran for her rep spot. Now the PBA has kicked Lee to the curb and put a new puppet in his place. The PERC election could not have come at a better time. Once IUPA is the bargaining unit we will vote every 4 years for all the reps and president. If any one of them screws up we will vote them out real fast.
