    Duty to report wrongdoings

The Boss said that every employee has a duty to report wrongdoings committed by fellow co-workers (and supervisors). So if you see someone screwing up make sure you notify your nearest supervisor immediately or Internal Affairs. If you hesitate or even worse, ignore the violation(s) or try to cover it somehow, you could be guilty of lying or a conspiracy to cover it up. You are in effect an accomplice to the violator. If you plead ignorance to Internal Affairs while the violator tells the truth you may be the one getting fired for lying. Bottom line is to make sure you keep an eye on each other and report any violation immediately in order to stay safe out there and avoid a hefty suspension or even termination.

If you do that IA can accuse you of obscurification of factual info and/or lies. Good luck getting out of that one at your ARB.

IA is a joke and the process is borderline a violation of constitutional rights.

You would only say that if you are a slug who has been through a IA and slammed as you shud be for beiing the slug you are. Sure constitutional rights being violated. All the PBA and FOP lawyers are just letting rights be vilated. Real easy to com on this rag sheet and make a irresponsible statement like that.

Go with that answer. And when they can prove you knew you will turn something that was somewhat serious into termination for untruthfulness. Then you can be that guy that works at Circle K who talks about when you were a deputy and how they screwed you. Your fellow Circle K employees will be impressed with your past life. And that is about the best you will ever achieve. Oh wait, you can also become a CNA at a nursing home or security guard at the Tradewinds Resort too. Good luck!!

The only lazy slugs that work here, with a few exceptions, were promoted by BG. Furthermore the statement "oh wait" is used by a certain group of worthless insiders that have survived here by sucking up and not being investigated correctly for severe acts of incompetence. You know who you are and do everyone a favor and just realize you're a large POS.
