Specialized Units?
A candidate running for sheriff said the specialized units are the new power trac and they are secretly being segregated.
He threw out a lot of numbers, question is if its true.
Are there no minorities in SID, SET teams, Viper?
Tell us this is not true.

What is a minority? In Broward County that would be a white person.

Nice Try!
In this Agency Black Deputies are the Minority and White Deputies have always been the Majority. Black Deputies are limited to how many good positions they can hold in either a District or a Specialized Unit. They'll put a token here and there to try and hide the truth that their not wanted, but all that does is make it more obvious in how limited minorities are in good positions and how they're not allowed to progress/ flourish in and through the Department.

The poster is obviously a reporter fishing for a BS story. That or a do nothing "minority" deputy who is disgruntled. Probably the same loser that's been whining about cars on this site. Someone give that man a pacifier.

Black deputy promoted at fifty something off the list and got to stay in a speciality unit. Then transferred to another specialty unit that he is unqualified for. He struggles there and now blames the race card.
Blame your self Bert.
