So she complained about not being picked and they offer her the Services job. She turns it down because there is no OT. And she is allowed to work limitless OT to get her to accept?

LT SM should have been fired and put in jail for collecting welfare at the same time she was collecting a MBPD paycheck.
She unfortunately was allowed to pay the money back.
