Gus, instead of coming here every day repeating the same thing over and over including your opinion from the court of appeals. Why don't you go into Pacer, copy the trial court docket and post it. That way everyone can see the status of this great case you have pending against all of these people. Probably none or at least most of us do not have a pacer account, but it's your case so you should.

Of course maybe that great case was dismissed for other reasons and what being posted here is nothing but noise.

It's not Abella's forum numbnut. His cases are closed. The link in the post above is bad. Apparently, the one with the good link was deleted with the "family punished" thread.
