All four individuals mentioned here are likely suspects.

No doubt the FDLE is focusing the investigation on these idiots.

Karma is a *****....get ready for the silver bracelets.
They all had a good time living high on the hog, courtesy of the Sweetwater Mafia.

I'd love to see the Tards and Tard Jr. do the PERP walk.

the only people worried here should be:

Fugi - former chief during the thefts (but he gave his power to Ochoa)
Ochoa - he sold the property (for money) and stole the tow money (almost all of it)
Cata - he took the boose.

But the FED's always work backward, so they will 39 Cata. and then cata will snitch on Ochoa and then Bobby O. goes down for stealing CASH money!!!
Fugi walks away clean. that's how the story goes and it will play out that way, Fugi says so!

so lets cut out the middle man, and just arrest Ochoa , case close!

This is a mess, no cameras, no paper trial, no witnesses.

You guys forgot the basics of police work. How are you going to prove who took the money ?

Half of the players are retired and och is the only one left and he was cleared from the investigation when it was launched during Jessie's time.

Yes I agree someone walked away with a lot but when you have multiple guys including officers who had access to the room. Your going to see a lot of finger pointing without any evidence.

It's a shame we may never see justice. The only thing that might happen is go after the person in change of the property room and maybe charge him with dereliction of duty if that's even possible....for not having a stronge grip on the property room. But that again falls on the administration for not setting up a proper policy or protocol for the room

Talk about a Mexican standoff this is a perfect example.

Ochoa was cleared by a mickey mouse whitewash investigation.

But not this time. The State is really going to come down on these theives.
They're hell bent on setting an example, you violate the public's trust,
You end up in state custody. And kiss the pension goodbye.

Did that investigation included a finacial audit of ochoa's finances? The man has been scrambling for dollars since he came back from iraq; perhaps before that time. If suddenly ochoa has the financial means to pay his "real creditors" not the ones he owes money to at the police department . . . Where did he get the money, the lotto?

OCHOA WASNT CLEARED!!! he traded stories to the FED's to let him walk... But that's was for the last deal! Now we have another problem, how many deals can BOBBY O make before the FED's say enough???????????????

I think BOBBY O might just retire this time, oh I mean resign in lieu of termination ( 09 - 39)?

Best of luck, I hope the santos are all in-line for this one!
