Chief Paul F Sireci
Wow! Now a veteran traffic specialist who we all respected is allegedly attacked by an Uber driver! The traffic specialist allegedly responded with over 50 hits to the body resulting in a misdemeanor charge of battery. Could this be frustration under the rule of Chief Paul F Sireci? The stress he puts on people for results on his Police Activity Report instead of just doing the right thing for the right reason! Now a long term respected traffic specialist is charged with a crime and a young girl is dead because she was forced to leave Tampa Airport and died crossing the Howard Frankiln Bridge! God have mercy on your soul Paul F. Sireci!

Chief Paul F Sireci
Yup, I remember Sireci demeaning supervisors who assisted with the escorts of United States Supreme Court Justices. Sireci advised they were not worthy of protective details.! We were caught in the middle of doing the right thing or being admonished by an ego maniac chief of police. So embarrassing, and how do you explain this to the US Capital Police, State Department, US Secret Service, etc? We all know this is true but can't complain because we are all concerned about retaliation! We all want to do the right thing but we know how Sireci has bragged about going after us like a bull in a china shop if we buck the system! Besides we all have to keep our jobs and pay our bills! Maybe Lopano will someday seriously investigate this character? A true survey without Sireci having access will surely indicate the chief is a bully who uses fear, intimidation and a system of nepotism to rule his kingdom! The Quid pro Quo, Nepotism and failure to set the tone by doing the right thing for the right reason proves Sireci is an unworthy disgraceful politician with no integrity!

Fraud
Is it true that Paul Sireci appointed Richard Osborn to Deputy Chief knowing he had a degree from Florida Metropolitan University (FMU)? The same school that was investigated by the Florida Attorney General's Office. This school is not accredited and graduates from this school are not eligible for incentive monies. Did the Deputy Chief collect incentive monies? If so, an FDLE investigation is warranted.

Paul Sireci
Remember how he treated his own staff at monthly meetings? How about his demeanor towards the TSA Special Agent? The morale at this place is at an all time low, all due to Sireci!

How can anyone forget the monthly meetings whereas Sireci would berate Lieutenants whose squad had written a low amount of tickets to the patrons at Tampa International Airport. Assisting patrons and other agencies was a low priority. Meanwhile a stranded young girl was issued a trespass warning and transported to a restaurant in the city limits instead of being given a ride to St.Petersburg Airport so she could fly home to her family! It has been done before. She then dies crossing the Howard Franklin Bridge in darkness walking to St Petersburg Airport! She also could have been allowed to stay at the police department until the morning. It has been many times. Nope, because Sireci preaches stats before compassion!

Who Dat
Ralph Anthony? If it's him you are talking about, review his history. I worked with Ralph in 1992 while at NPD. He was a young guy with no LEO experience, but a brother Veteran. I'm college educated, but where does this really apply to our line of work unless of course it is required for promotion. I was in Special Operations in the Army and after I left, 4 of my 10 squad members went on to retire as Command Sergeant Majors. Their education level, was a high school diploma. So where does college fit in as a cop? There are plenty of smart cops who never attended college. And if your twist is a racial poke at Ralph because he is black, shame on you. I would have Ralph on my 6 any day.

Nope, the post was about Deputy Chief Richard Osborn. One of the requirements for his job was a college degree, but his degree was from Florida Metropolitan University. This school was a scam and investigated by the Florida Attorney General. A lot of people joke about it being a diploma mill and was not accredited by the mainstream accrediting agency. There were many other more qualified applicants who worked hard on degrees from respectable universities. They also had more law enforcement experience. In addition Osborn's treatment of personnel in a survey was abhorrent. Eventually he was able to "retire" without being fired. Thank you for your post and service to our country. Hopefully some state, federal agency or the media will investigate the corruption at Tampa International Airport.
