    Here’s More On Your Buddy

Here is the result of a failed FHP investigation which allowed an ex-Lt Raid the evidence locker for drugs and cash to finance his well known habit and failed Law degree.

Clear cut evidence yet FHP let this turd walkaway, next time you folks get investigated for some BS policy krap make sure fight it and use this investigation as an example of incompetence or political influence.

In the latest the reports leave out any mention of his firing from County Commissioner Office because of car crash gone wrong and the FHP investigation he crawled away from thanks to friends!

May 13 is his arraignment, you can go see him at the courthouse.

After crash, top staffer out at Miami-Dade commission

A top staffer in the Miami-Dade Commission lost his job recently in the wake of a daytime car crash in Miami.

Alex Annunziato, legislative director to commission Chairman Esteban “Steve” Bovo, left his $88,000-a-year job for the District 13 commissioner Monday. Miami police had found him “passed out” at the wheel of a black Yukon SUV at 10:30 a.m. on Friday in a parking lot off Biscayne Boulevard, after Annunziato apparently collided with two unoccupied vehicles. He told police he didn’t remember what happened.

Faced with an unconscious Annunziato and a locked car, an officer smashed a window to get to him. A city dispatch record identified Annunziato’s SUV as a county vehicle.

On the first full workday after the incident, Bovo issued a curt directive ending Annunziato’s employment. In a memo to the personnel office, Bovo wrote that “effective immediately” Annunziato “will no longer be a part of District 13 staff.” Bovo declined to comment, beyond saying: “It’s a personal situation. And that’s it.” Annunziato did not respond to a request for comment.

The circumstances of the crash aren’t clear, and the Miami Police Department produced a redacted incident report Thursday. A police spokeswoman said the information was redacted on the grounds of medical privacy. Annunziato, 37, was cited for careless driving, according to the report, and taken to North Shore Hospital after the incident.

The news comes just weeks after Annunziato, a longtime Bovo staffer, saw his profile rise considerably with Bovo’s election as chairman of the 13-member board. Annuziato’s role was to manage legislation under Bovo, who was elected to the two-year chairmanship in late 2016.

Annunziato, a lawyer and former state trooper, helped write the Bovo-sponsored ordinance that legalized Uber last year. He also was active in the private legal discussions surrounding Mayor Carlos Gimenez’s recent change in county policy toward immigration detention requests, which will be reviewed by the commission Friday at a special meeting called by Bovo.

Miami Herald staff writer Charles Rabin contributed to this report.

He probably had this habit LONG before becoming a lieutenant while employed with the highway patrol but the "leaders" in supervisory positions probably overlooked it becsuse he wrote a lot of tickets. Whoever posted this hit the nail on the head when they said that troopers being harassed and bullied need to use this as a referrence for when they are being targeted by their chain of command. Next time they wish to write you up for not wearing your hat or some other nonsense throw this back in their face. FHP's "internal affairs" is an absolute joke.

Oh and that’s nothing, get your hands on the FHP IG investigation they did on this dirt bag and your heads will blow. The guy took a K-9 drug pouch and raided it. Went to Miami Beach Police to heat seal it on video and they were the ones who blew this can open when they notified FHP who went out to collect video. Then a massive inventory done of the K-9 evidence room and low and behold lots of drugs missing enough to pay your way thru Law school and Party with when you resell it.

Then during the IG investigation or upon its commencement he resigns to persue “Law School” how convienent. IG and SAO did nothing, heck the Coast Gaurd did more they kick his Azz out for good.

And the rest is Miami Herald History. Way to ho FHP IG sand SAO, other states call it Offical misconduct, dereliction of duty, and perjury.

But if you’ve worked at FHP you know it’s happened many many many many times.

Just look at the Current Miami Dade Major, if your an old timer you know what that’s about.

But this guy just went off to prove what was there from the beginning yet they all turned a blind eye on, maybe cause his ex-wife’s SAO connection, maybe his close relationship to the IG investigator “conflict of interest”, or his many other political connections cause yes this guy was born to be a corrupt politician.

And yes no love here guy had always been a sleeve ball, backstabbing, lying sack of Horse krap, and hipocrite for sure.

We can only imagine where half the drugs from the many drug arrest he made ended up.

He had plenty of folks fooled but never me, never!

But I bet he wrote his quota for the month though..which is probably why they turned a blind eye to his ilicit activities for that long!! Meanwhile you have supervisors at this agency that will write troopers up for almost anything they can. I cant wait to be out of here.
