Incompetent? Are you kidding me? What even remotely qualifies RS to be the Commissioner of this agency? He is way in over his head and time will prove this point. He is a great guy, but not qualified to run FDLE.

What was GBs qualifications?? NC Trooper , agent, IG at lottery! What was Ken Moores qualification??? Give me a break... A guy who has been here almost 30 years from analyst to Director can surely do better than the last few commissioners.
