    We Were Promised By The Union It's Legal

    Why did the Union Lie to Us..we were told that BSO Legal had looked it over. JoAnn and Lisa with Anthony said it was ok. Why Are We Constantly Lied To.. We just don't know who to believe anymore.
    Communications Is A VERY Sad Place to work. We Need Help! Before we all have a mental stress breakdown.

    Dont believe anything that incompetent Lisa Zaransinski saids. Lisa is a little to cozy with someone on the 5th floor. Lisa has even travelled with him to conferences. He finally got cold feet and cut it off. Now Lisa has gone to the other side and her and Natasha are an item. Check out the Facebook it's a little obvious.

    I am not saying all employees are not intelligent. Depending when you got hired or who did the test plays a factor into it. As does how you portrayed yourself on the test. If you came across as average or a bit above it is not an issue but if you are well above average it becomes an issue. That is especially the case if there are some corrupt people around and you are a threat because you can figure it out and know how to deal with it.

    The radios have been getting progressively worse. This is because the county commissioners are refusing to pay Motorola to complete the full digital rebanding. We share the same frequency as the broward county school buses. If you really pay attention, during early morning and starting around 1230-1500 hours the radio system, thinking everything is fine for fdle, not recognizing an issue at all. Is causing the frightening as well as frustrating consequence of no transmissions coming across at all. Begins intermittently with broken transmissions or dropped transmissions. Static filled all the way to no transmissions. None. No push to talk, even. Starts at 1230 and lasts 30-to 90 minutes. Handling it is when the units get pulled into the station. So perhaps the command staff have "new radios"? But new or not, until the rebanding to digital is financed to completion the worst radio reception ever, since 10/2013 and getting worse will remain a sad and unnecessary issue.
