PBA spreading lies and propaganda again. Kenny Auttenrieb never said IUPA was supporting Willie Jones as we all know IUPA supports Sheriff Israel and always has. Kenny decided that he personally would support Willie Jones for Sheriff as he is a friend of his from Pompano. Kenny has also been promised a nice executive spot in Willie jones command staff if he wins. Well Kenny is not shy to tell people like it is. It would probably beniffit Kenny to keep his mouth shut once and awhile but thats not Kenny. I say good for Kenny, support who you want and if your guy wins you will walk around the PSB like the king of the castle. But remember its a long shot. As for his car taken away he refused to stop smoking in it and thats that.

Now PBA how about some real truth about how the PBA backed Lamberti and tried their hardest to make sure Israel was never elected. First members were not allowed to vote for what SHERIFF THEY WANTED TO SUPPORT. PBA MEMBERS WERE REMOVING CAMPAIGN SIGHNS WHILE THEY WERE WORKING FILLING THEIR trunks with signs and dumping then on the PBA lawn. You still have PBA board members who speak to Lamberti on a weekly basis in hopes that he will try to run.

In fact there is an old thread on here written by some PBA reps as Israel was about to take over as Sheriff, its funny to read it now because all these tough reps were scared and crying like little girls and threatening to sue if they got transferred out of their cush spot. It was so enjoyable watching dishonest men squirm. I will find it and post it following this thread.

    Union Rep Retaliation
I have been reading posts about our meeting last night and some other bullshit remarks about union reps. Let Israel or his people transfer one union rep and Marano better call the army to defend us or his ass will be grass before Israel's is for retaliation. If any union rep is retailated against for any reason we will file a ULP and file a lawsuit faster than Israel can blink his eyes.

Let see if Israel reaches down below the Sheriff's immediate Command Staff and screws or fires people. The PBA better be ready to go after him and defend the membership. It would be illegal for Israel to go after anybody other than the Sheriff's immediate staff.

Waiting for the games and campaign lies to unfold!!!!!

What? So the PBA has a new negotiation strategy for better raises? Wear tactical gear? The PBA is a disaster.

The PBA has already stated in roll calls that their current proposed contract is a 2 year deal with 2% and 2% and higher healthcare costs. If you keep the PBA, your first 2% is gone to healthcare costs.
Your Local IUPA union is offering experienced labor attorneys that will negotiate your contract with input by the people who know your job the best, YOU! There is approximately 15 million dollars in our legal defense fund. You’ll be able to vote for your leadership and who to endorse for elections. We CANNOT afford to keep the PBA. In 3 years, the PBA has only filed 2 grievances and represented 89 people in Internal Affairs. What are you getting for your money? NOTHING

After inflation, FRS, taxes, food, insurance and gas, you are bringing home only pennies more than you did in 2007. How much longer can you afford to keep the PBA? In 2007 a $40,000 car now costs $44,500. In 2007 if you made $70,000, you now only make $74,690 in 2015 after the FRS tax. $73,490 if you live in Palm Beach after the gas tax. Co Pays on insurance are up. How much longer are you willing to let your future and family suffer under the PBA? If the PBA accepts the current 2 year contract proposal, your first 2% will be used to cover increased healthcare, leaving you with a 2% raise for a 2 year contract.

Vote for IUPA! It’s time for an experienced Labor Law Attorney who specializes in contract negotiations to take over bargaining your next contract!
Any word on when the election will be?

Better be at least a 4/4/4 to get in par with the rest of the county. Also no increase in health care and finally get rid of that unfair fuel fee!!! The fuel charge should be optional for out of county guys that want the same off duty privileges as broward guys. I would opt into paying a small fuel fee to give me equal tri county vehicle privileges.
