Ray has been a stand-up guy for years. His picks for specialized units and supervisors has been generally spot on. Just because certain whiny people can't obtain anything but patrol officer then they bad mouth everyone who has gotten anywhere and the chief for the opportunities he has provided to hard workers. Stop being cry babies and bad mouthing the chief. He is doling a great job. Don't' forget we are duel accredited which is a tremendous accomplishment.
