Shutdown FHP LeoAffairs SLAM site - Violations of Terms of Use

This forum has become a pure SLAM site. SHUT IT DOWN!

It's clear that numerous posts here continue to violate the terms of use (usually under "Prohibited Conduct") without the Mods doing much. It's not just mentioning names either.

Many of the posts are repetitive, duplicated if deleted, say things which are harassing to the people whom they directed or are about, are hateful, and inflammatory. And I can say this with a straight face and a promise that I've never been mentioned on this site.

I'm all about freedom of speech and all, but this FHP forum is out of control when it comes to attacking other people, their character, and actions. The posters here just need to grow up. This forum was designed for "health debate".

Captain Hall we enjoy posting on here because you think you are so smart but you are clueless as to who is posting We know it makes you mad to have your dirty laundry aired. If you treated people with respect maybe you would get some respect. Dont hate the players hate the game. Clue you should never of told us in a district meeting you don't visit this site!

1. According to the owner of this site, it was designed for what the OP said, "healthy debate." It's right there in the link. Try reading.

This public "third-party" internet forum is not meant to 'expose' anyone. It's not our site. We don't get to decide the rules and what it is used for. If you want to do that, start your own website.

2. I don't personally know this captain and I'm not this captain, but I'm mature enough to know this site makes us look bad. I have to agree with the first post, this captain is not the only one that has been the target of sexist, sexual orientation, slanderous, or libelous statements on here.

If you think anyone in FHP or state government is going to view gripes seriously or take action based on anonymous forum rants, you should have your head examined. They are immature, counterproductive and just childish.

Everyone knows gossip is juicy. Gossip brings plenty of people in, which in turn, gives the site the traffic stat numbers for advertising.

The site mods (on behalf of the site admin) have a vested interest in keeping it juicy and full of gossip, so plenty of us will keep coming to the site, and keep the traffic up.

But in reality, I come here far less than I did a year or two ago. And it will continue to be less and less.

Mostly because it's always the same ol talking crap about people, instead of issues. I could careless about most of what is posted here nowadays.

With so much slanderous and libelous content, I wonder if all the IP addresses would still be protected if LeoAffairs were dragged into a civil suit between the posters and the targets of the posts?

I know LeoAffairs has fought for privacy in the past, but I doubt they could win that one, especially when it was in violation of their own terms.
