This morning 29 fiasco an embarrassment to MPD, car 33 cracked voice scared to make a command decision. 29 armed subject in the middle of Biscayne Shots fired and no one on the scene with Huevos to shoot the offender. This would had been midnights Sgt. j.E Mendez would had handle it accordingly. What a bunch of Cowards at the scene, especially car 33. 2301 PIO another Incompetent. Asking for the chopper TV station on the air. Over 10 times I heard units unknown white chopper no markings. Listen Mr. PIO this is simple as 123, call every single station and tell them what you have. You were tighting up the air asking dumb as ???. Same scenario County on scene, BAM BAM subject 45, end of story. Incompetent at it highest level ever. Good job Rudy, this reflects on you.
