Wow, great advice, now can you pass your on standard even in the privacy of your own home? Its a word, man, and if not directed at someone individually, why should it matter. The most used word among Blacks and yet only whites get fired and punished for saying it. Perhaps whites, who have long ignored this when their black co workers and friends say it should start complaining about it.
