I read a very long article in the Tampa Bay Times about the recent MURDER of a person, but this is the title of the article:

The PIO called a murdered man by his legal name and the police are the bad guys again? We need more training? The DOJ held training to educate law enforcement about the LGBT community recently according to this article. The way it was written it listed agencies that did not send members to the training, so clearly the police hate and discriminate against LGBT people too. I always try the nice guy approach first, with everyone. I treat all people with respect, even when they don't show it to me.

How am I supposed to know that a man dressed as a woman, with a male name on his license self identifies as a woman? How am I supposed to know that a woman dressed in a masculine fashion, self identifies as a woman but is a lesbian? I think the expectation is completely unrealistic, besides we have yet to master these training topics:

1. Dealing with different cultures, races, and religions and why you are wrong every single time
2. Disarming armed suspects trying to kill you or someone else while not hurting them
3. Instantly knowing someone is mentally ill while they are trying to kill you and safely taking them into custody

The media picks the least important detail of any given event and focuses on that. Thanks again!

The train is gaining speed. The gay cause has been victorious on the marriage thing and now will throw their weight and activism towards the trannie cause. The few cases that I have worked involving trannies and violence was either drug related, or if you can believe this, trannies looking good enough to pass as a woman, and when the man they were with discovered the deception, a angry response occurred. Official records, drivers licenses, and such should never be anything other than what you were at the time of birth. If you want to live as a woman, or even if you have completed the entire transgendered surgery, it does not change your official gender at birth. Ever notice that the courts don't refer to a trannie by his female name? Can you imagine how destructive this can get if how you feel is the only requirement on whether your black,white, etc. Trannies want to be desired by straight men, not gay men. They don't have to change their appearance if gay sex is what they are seeking. This contradiction, and deception should not be protected as this false advertising has caused many of violent confrontation. This lifestyle should remain in the shadows of society, anybody that wants to partake should do so out of the mainstream . Looking at child porn on a computer is a deviant sexual perversion, sex with animals, and many other forms of deviant sexual preferences are shunned by society. Men who knowingly have sex with trannies should know that they are at a 30 times more likely to have HIV than the normal population. The article omitted this useful information.

The concern about transgender issues has to be with being SUED, and is a valid concern.

This is true in spite of the fact that there is no such thing as changing gender by surgery. You can amputate a males external sexual organs, fill his chest with silicone and inject him with hormones to discourage beard grown, but what you have when you get through is a mutilated male whose DNA still identifies him as a male.

You can remove a woman's breasts and internal sexual organs; transplant a large muscle to her crotch, and give her hormones to make her look more male, but when you get through what you have is a mutilated female whose DNA still identifies her as a female.

Your job is to humor this farce in order to avoid being sued or having your agency sued. Just don't fall for the nonsense and start to believe that it is real.

Great post! Now explain why trannies need this legal protection that creates these lawsuits in the first place. This type of behavior should not be protected, it should be shunned. Now if you want to participate in this life style, hang out in areas where this perversion is acceptable or tolerated. Nobody should have to hire a middle linebacker with a wig, or be sued for not doing so. In order for society to shun this behavior, it cannot be muzzled by legal protections that prevent them from doing so. The overwhelming majority in this Country do not find this perversion to be acceptable.
