Sorry to foil your personal gripe with that sgt. (You outed yourself as youre clearly threatened by him and he had to write you up), but you're a moron. Looking for a demotion is looking for another sgt. position to open. That would be someone from the list......or someone that after the certification debacle is looking to make him the sole scapegoat.........hmmmmmm you should apply for the next DB opening.

the city is on the hunt for a new Chief, I am sure the brown nosers are getting ready to jump in line to do the ass kissing. It does not matter that BD and others kissed ass enough to get stripes. They are looking for Lt and some Lt may be looking for Capt. It didn't happen with Mann, but wouldn't it be nice to see people promoted based on job knowledge not dog walking or photography.
