That's what happens when you have a lot of new people trying to play investigator with supervisors who also have little or no experience investigating so how can they get anything done when they don't know how to do it? There something g to be said for experience but at this agency they think it's all about a specific college degree instead. Smh

If Haines or Morgan ever worked a call the people would probably take their degrees from them and shove it up their arses. Morgan has no clue about policing, and Haines would too busy praying and talking two-faced to those on scene

If the best you can do is to criticize the terminology go back to sleep. The post is correct, the leadership at this place is just plain pathetic. Promoting straight down the list has produced some inexperienced and incompetent supervisors. The only ones that like it are the slugs who would not have been promoted otherwise.
Now we'll hear from the sheriff's secretary and her moron husband about how everyone bought their promotion under the previous administration. By the way he's a perfect example of why some should be skipped. VMO 2016
