You guys needed to check out Homestead police department. The City of Miami doesn't appreciate cops!!! In homestead, there are rookies making 100k+!!!! With overtime and off duties! There are reserves making 70k+!!!!! Great department where everyone has your back!!! NO DASH CAMS, NO BODY CAMS, LESS WORRIES ABOUT PEOPLE TRYING to get YOU FIRED. 20 year retirement with a 8 YEAR DROP!!!!

It is very possible that Homestead will have their first qualified chief of police if I decide to take the job. Imagine that, an airborne, combat tested, submarine culinary specialist with more police experience and know how than anyone in the SE . Does Homestead deserve me? Can they afford me?
