Point taken, but I was not criticizing the doctor. It was just my perception, perhaps conditioned by the feedback I had read, since she seemed to ask the same questions. I guess I’m just worried about that aspect having given the doctor the wrong impression about my current character.

Let me ask you a question. How many people recently went in for the pysch test who have your same past/scenerio as you do? I.e. drinked a lot in their 20s and now are in their 30s. I do not know if the doctor reads this forum, but if she does read this forum, how hard do you think it would be for them to figure out who you are. Particularly if you wrote "But yeah, I think she seemed a bit judgmental about the fact that I used to drink more when I was younger."

You are not in and you are criticizing the doctor. Do you think that will help you? You are almost at the end of the process. KEEP QUITE!

This is my humble advise to all of you, not just to the above poster.

There should be an audit on how many applicants that are connected i.e Mommy and Daddy working at MDPD,never seem to fail the psychology test.It's mind boggling isn't it? Ever wonder how many former,recent arrivals and future hires would have failed the Psychology test and perhaps might have been overridden due to Mommy or Daddy? It was a great idea by FDLE in 1996 to implement the State Exam to weed out people that should have never been hired! Good luck to all that don't have the Hindu Hookup!

I know people who were hired with minor things in their background and they are great officers. Dont give up!
