Agreed, I currently believe 2015 & 2016 applicants are being processed and they may be finishing up the 2015 batch.

From inside source there's also plans for 2018 academy classes. So be patient!

Actually 3 more classes for this year. Trust me. Unless the mayor cancels them again which is highly unlikely given the shortage of ofcs.
