Seems like this Major has problems with several Lieutenants under her. Word has it she told the guys at RID to arrest less "Johnies" (black males). That caused the RID Lieutenant to shut down all RID operations for two months. Two months of doing absolutely nothing. I heard she felt accomplished.

That rumor is true. She apparently was made aware of the situation as she was observed by several officers parked at Northside station doing a mobile surveillance on the unit.
