    911 Center?

Why is there a job posted for a 911 Administrator? Who's going to pay for that?

Why should it be a concern, the residents are wealthy....I notice there's no salary listed on the announcement.

    Done deal

Its a done deal. He's the wanta be cop from hialeah. Fire lieutenant who Sold his soul to the previous mayor, got a spot in communications. Wanted to play cops and robbers, talked them into sending him to reserve officer school. Shot a guy as a reserve cop/swat medic. Walks around with a pd radio.
    Good luck, he's yours

We are so lucky. It looks like the family of the guy he killed settled for about a quarter mil, and when the deal was final, their mayor decided it was time for a new and less expensive communications director. So this guy was told to retire or get thrown out. His daddy, our beloved chief, threw him a life line, just like he tried to at the Beach. I wonder how much this specially talented employee will cost. It is nice to know the chief is so loyal to his friends, even to one who killed for no reason. But remember that we don't have a fire department or a 911 center. How many more openings can we make for Hialeah's leftovers?

It's a shame, if you get moment go to the Miami Gardens forum they just hired a former Human Resources Director also from Hialeah, she's labeled as a Reject.

Every one of these comments are posted by one single bitter and incompetent former HPD employee who has a vendetta against chief MO and HPD Fire Lt/ comm supervisor. And Apparently likes to have conversations with himself as evidenced above. Dude! Let it go!

The guy is Charles Cavender. He was a communication supervisor that left early after Chief Overton and Guerra came in and put a stop to his disfunctional behavior as a supervisor. He should had been fire way before that since he was suspended for many days for things such as using criminal justice information for personal use.
