Sources close to the investigation reveal former Major Angel Vazquez repeatedly shared pornographic emails with former MIami Beach Police Chiefs Don DeLucca and Raymond Martinez. Martinez was forced out when a new Mayor was elected and DeLucca now heads the Doral Police Department. Rundle refused to comment on those communications.

FYI that whole "investigation" is all ****ed up and it was made public record as it slandered those that had NOTHING to do with it.

example- two name son list William Maxwell Ret. Sgt.-- TOTAL horse shit they confused it with an officer W.C.- slandered his name

Ret.Officer John Quirros - another total FUK up error- they confused it with an officer J.P.

The GUESSED at the email handle and just added the name but were not sure - destroying the officers reputations erroneously.


another example- Former IA commander Lt. D.H. - No city Email violations at all. but the illegally broke into his private email account pictures of sports illustrated swim suit models.

they obtained FAKE PC to get the state to sign off on a court order to break into personal private email accounts then used that information for selective discipline that was erroneous . now officers names are erroneously damaged.
