    More Quality Deputies leaving

Hey Corky it appears two more highly qualified, vested, and tenured detectives are tired of you and your staff and have signed on with a better agency. This time its not TPD, its Hillsborough Co.

Don't worry though slugger, we all know they're traitors in your eyes and I know how you can teach them a lesson; put them on the infamous Do Not Rehire List! that'll show em that they can never return to an agency that they obviously don't give two rat turds about in the first place.

Once again seasoned and vested deputies have no problem starting at the bottom of the totem pole as it relates to seniority, eligibility for specialty units or even promotion because breathing free air and not living under your tyranny or your slimy boot means than those petty things. Maybe you should raise the sign on bonus to $5,000.00.

Keep your dimes Corky! I wouldn't come back for Captains pay. Free at last, free at last.....

Im looking at going to a different dept from my area here in north west florida and really liked what I saw about Polk on youtube and other places until I started reading threads here. y'all make it sound like a black hole of communism.

Anyone who leaves is a disloyal piece of garbage. If you aren't tough enough to work these streets like a real cop, then you should just retire or maybe go work in the jail. Either way, the place is better off without ignorant cowards like the ones who go running off like little sissies.

My number is one of those in that list you just posted. I did go to another agency, but trust me it wasn't for the pay. If I still lived local I would have stayed.

To the guy coming from nw fl, don't let all these winers scare you, they exist in every agency. It's a good place to work, but yes you can make more money over in tampa
