Judy Stern has proven that education does not equate to common sense. It seems as though Ms Stern has been calling some of Sheriff Israels Staunches and wealthiest supporters, asking them to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars. Let me repeat that so you don't think that's a typo. Hundreds of thousands of dollars to her, so they can help her get the sheriff out of office. Now, let's see why they might defect to Judy Stern. Sheriff Israel already has close to 4 hundred thousand raised. His poll numbers are souring throughout the county. New candidates are flocking to the sheriff for his endorsement. Community activists overwhelmingly support him. And now, even republicans are opening their eyes to his success. For all the sheriff Israel supporters, don't be alarmed, these phone calls have resulted in a loud click on Judy's end. Stratigic, or delusional? I'll leave that up to you to decide.

Sheriff "We Fly Together" and it's good to be together. Putting this candidate temporally in was only a poor attempt to cause aggravation. The candidate issue involving him is frivolous and he has a better chance of walking on water. You are well liked within the Broward Community and this is only a Stern political distraction. He does not even have the money to pay a filing fee and does not even work at this time. He lives with his father which would make a perfect PAC commercial, similar to the one used against Markham Jr. Don't get me wrong he's a personable guy but certainly not qualified to run BSO. The guy has been terminated from three jobs, not the first quality you look for in a Sheriff.
Scott like I said before "Stay the course" and do not get distracted. When you took over BSO you inherited some serious problems which required serious answers. It takes a serious person like you to fix these problems. There have been bumps but that is expected.
Don't worry your support is so deep the hard money will be there.

Stern is not delusional at all. She has also been contacting members of his administration with offers and plums, hoping to get defectors. There are moles already in place within the administration and more defections are said to be close to jumping ship.

That is like being the chief of Lazy Lake for one year with no real experience. This has got to be a joke. But yes, there are moles in this administration. Many of us told the Sheriff when he was running who they were. He dumped a few (28) but not nearly enough. They will sabotage him.

Judy Stern will be showcasing this guy for the next year. She will be showing up to events all alone with democratic activists staying as far away as possible as they did when she introduced another dud in the state attorneys race. This guy would be better off having Al Lambert escort him around with Dave Benjamin and Jeff Poole at his side. But hey, this is politics, and it brings out good people, and many times crazy people.
