Be judicial with what you post

For some that dont know. This website has been sold to a publicly traded company and is no longer owned or managed by former LEOs. New privacy policies have not been posted and the security and/or privacy of your/our posts remain unknown.

Is this true? If so, I'm finished with this site.

It was sold a year ago. What tipped you off?

These are my ruminations, but it's time to switch the topic -->

A family named S-p-e-y-e-r (go ahead, pronounce it) now owns LEOaff.

The city council candidate skeeched over to that board ^ in 6 seconds flat. She's holding a debate about the grandmother character in "Madea Goes to Jail" and "Diary of a Mad Black Woman."

You should always be judicious with your posts:

vBulletin software (this site) always collects your IP address and your mac address which connects your posts to your home or your phone, it is and has been plagued by security flaws that many kids and average IT personnel can access (isn't Kurt a computer programmer?).

    But mainly:

Half the posts on here make SPPD look like hard core, dumbass racists or little whiny *****es. Either way, not helping our public image or trust levels. All this does is fuel and raise the status of the COALITION in the eyes of the City...

IJS Jack and keyboard is not a good mix, we should find a private venue to vent...

Motives for wanting SPPD-LeoAffairs to go away

Not quite half the posts, Kurt, but a lot. You and TelishaMadea keep flaming the board to making it look that way.

The two people who recently went whining to the press about LeoAff are 1) you and 2) the Dist 7 council candidate. We're the antidote to your jackleg crap.

Trying to shut down LeoAff by insinuating you have hacking superpowers is laughable. So is this.
"a quick scan of the SPPD blog on LEOAFFAIRS.com demonstrates that there are severe issues with the ability of a number of SPPD officers to interact with the black community"

vBulletin logs every IP. There are hundreds of links to simple tools- that kids (not super hackers) use everyday to crack vBulletin Admin passwords. Google or search youtube, you will be amazed at how many options and how easy it is...
