Only on leoaffairs can you get the same deputy complaining one week about how bad our vehicle fleet is and the next week complaining that we're leasing 600 new cars!

Let's face it, we always need new cars and the old ones are worth very little wholesale when we're done with them.
So now we have the opportunity to get 600 new cars and guarantee only having them for a 5 years at a fraction of the cost to own. No brainier.
I'm actually shocked that we're thinking outside the box. Usually government throws money out the widow without any future planning.

Then become a boss or an FTD. Quit your crying. If you don't like something, do something to better yourself and be part of change. For once be happy about what you have. It could be a lot worse. Could it be better, of course but again, if you don't actively participate in making it better, you can't complain about it
