Well yes he arrested with a falsified A-form, with video evidence of their lies:

And conveniently you left out he was falsely arrest a week later for cyberstalking and witness tempering for allegedly calling one of your colleagues a coward on that forum, and the TRO containing even more perjured statements meant to chill his First Amendment rights.

Check the court records he just beat Homestead in a public records request lawsuit two weeks ago.

Bet your colleagues are gonna have a great time at their deposition explaining exactly what happened, amd why their statements do not match the video.

Because criminal troglodytes with badges from your agency falsely arrested him with without a warrant, without even arguable probable cause, and refusing to inform him of the charges. As well as falsely imprisoned him starting this whole train of abuses initially.

Because the SD Major A.B. and racist NRU LT thug E.L. refused to allow him to file criminal complaints, because they blocked the transmission of his evidence relating to a felony directly affecting their agency, because they threatened him and others for speaking at CAC meetings after lying and saying the meeting was cancelled, because the economic criminal ex major A.A. had his minions remove Doc from a CAC meeting and falsely imprison him, becuase your agency unlawfully refused to return his firearms in violation if the First and Fourth Amendments as well as FS. 790.33, because your PCB refused to allow him to safely file a complaint after failing to return his vioce mail messages for months, because MDPD officers conspired with HPD officers against his rights, because MDPD obstructed justice amd deprived him of rights under color of law.

Oh yeah and because he already sued your agency for clear violations of his First Amendment rights, and though they initially threatened to counter sue him for 10s of thousands, he wrote a single email, and your agency within one week buckeled to his every demand and them some begging to settle with him.

You can try tonpretend you guys have cleam hands on this, but the documented eviden e says otherwise.
