I couldn't agree more. To add to your statement, you could have a brand new Sheriff every 4 years and you will still have this problem. Also I was there when #1 came to office. He was a good sheriff back then. Between the leeches from the prior admins and the lust for power and money #1 turned into the prior sheriffs. He became a politician. The old law enforcement officer is now long gone. All that's left is an agency filled with toxic leaders.
