This incident has nothing to do with Valdez or Martinez. Do not confuse the situation. Repeat: The Valdez / Martinez incident had nothing to do with the mayor. This was not an arrest only a parking ticket was issued. This incident occurred on day shift.
The mayor did not call communications department he phoned someone possibly from the police department. It happened at the 1400 blk of Washington Ave.
Request all MBPD parking tickets for the month of March and you will find that ticket.

Understood. I've already talked to the guy who was arrested and he's helping me find the other driver. Thanks.
