    A positive note regarding a dead guy!

    Everyone seems to overlook one positive aspect ... The dead dude only got bug-zapped (and thumped with a baton)! When the City of Coconut Creek employees sent this fellow to the next life, at least you didn't sic Cujo on him!

    Think about that! That's improvement if you ask me. CCPD makes the papers and it doesn't involve a dog biting the crap out of someone!!!
