    Unequal Discipline?

Are there disciplinary standards so that everyone is on the same level or is there favoritism and looking the other way for those select few or is discipline handed out based on who you are? Does the FOP do anything about it? How does Patrol view Corrective Action if theres any such thing?

    1. No standards. It takes away from the Colonel's ability to screw those he doesnt like extra hard.

    2. FOP? Do anything? HA. You must have missed the Sheriff placing those in FOP leadership positions in jobs they wanted. Detective Sergeants and detectives. Half of them are washed up and sold out the deputies so they sit in their offices. Where was the FOP fighting against body cameras? Oh yeah, the Sheriff told them it was a good idea. The FOP doesnt care about us.

    3. Patrols view on Corrective Action? Well, what the Colonel wants the Captains to do, they do. When did a Captain ever stand up FOR deputies? Not since any of these guys made Captain.

The days of supervisors looking out for the deputies have faded away. All anyone cares about now is being left alone, off the Colonels radar, and trying to get home alive.

    This place sucks.

    Really??

Call me crazy but even the title of that statute doesn't fit the "crime". Is your Sheriff looking to be the guy that's tough on employees to garner votes????

How about the Captain who hasn't changed the address on his drivers license since he moved and who voted in his old precinct because he hadn't changed his address? His old lady too. Talk about felonious leadership. Yup, we got it. Nothing will happen to him either. Suck ass mother flockers.
