That's a great one, see its not that the whites are racist in our agency, let's face it, if we were, why would we subject ourselves to this bullshit. It's that the blacks in Miami Gardens are so racist towards whites they salivate at a chance to f$&@ a white cop. First let me say that I'm sorry you all will now have to bare the burden of yet another racist police chief who walks among you pounding his chest saying that HE will fix your department. What a bunch of bullshit. If there's any consolation we too in Hallandale Beach have the exact same issues as you. I am sincerely jealous it wasn't our chief, but yours. But if fate would have it our City Manager which used to be your city manager can help our chief take on your city chief's position. Amazing the tangled web THEY weave. It's very obvious that one of the criteria to becoming a member of NOBLE is the lack of nobility.

I have a better idea, why don't they promote people like Gearld Machurick, Rufus Williams and William Bamford. The leadership is already here. People who can actually run this place and already keeps us afloat. It's funny how it's the right people who get screwed out of positions around here. Then you have to make a Chief right, so out of the two assistants you have, let's choose the one that is a sexual devient. You will never learn. Wait until FDLE comes knocking at the door. I'm at the point were I'd rather jump in a Miami-Dade Green and White versus spending another shift in this truck. I pray for a MDPD takeover!
