I am an out of state LEO about to move down after transferring to a PD down in South Florida. How are the following areas in terms of a LEO living within them: Davie Blvd to SR 84, east and west of I95; and the neighborhoods off of Andrews Ave and NW 13th Street? Thanks.

you would probably be happier and safer further west.. do you have a family or not ref schools etc.. if so.. look out near Keystone Lakes and west Pembroke Pines off Sheridan St.. much nicer than where you described.. unless you are single and want a more... well exciting life and have to worry about crime more.. look around.. and rent first if you are not sure.
