    Dear Sheriff

Adjs used to describe criminals such as dirtbags, scumbags, etc has been used in Law Enforcement cultures for years. The term ****roach has a negative connotation that most people can relate to, not to many save the ****roach movements out there. Supporting a fellow Law Enforcement Officer, even if symbolically and from a far is understandable because we all know that, "By the grace of God, go I." Everybody in Law Enforcement knows we can be walking in Officer Wilsons shoes in a matter of moments. Describing rioters, arsonists, and people throwing rocks and such at officers as ****roaches is probably tame compared to the words used by the voter base that elected you. By taking a politically correct approach instead of showing some empathy to your employees on matters that have caused a great deal of stress to every Law Enforcement Officer in this Country, is shameful and cowardly..
