It has come to the attention of some officers from my agency, that a former employee is now working in Lee County. He is a former K-9 Handler and trainer from our agency. He is approximately 38 years old, of cuban decent and a former marine and has a half sleeve tattoo.

Watch out for him. He will try to make himself seem like a great guy. He will be trying to get in the K-9 unit within your agency. He will have some sob story as to why he left our agency. Maybe his wife had work or he couldnt stand the environment or he wanted to raise his kids in a better place.

Any of them are bullshit. He was run out.

Most of us would never have believed that one person could do so much damage. But "HE" could. "He" laughed and told jokes and everyone thought "he" was friendly and nice. But it never failed that somehow when we had a training night, things would be tense and there would be arguments. People that had no reason to hate each other even a little bit, would be giving each other looks or arguing over stupid crap. As it turns out, "he" was talking behind everyones backs, planting seeds and conspiring. We didnt even realize it was happening. "He" got in tight with our Sgt who was gullible and easily manipulated. "He" convinced everyone that one officer was a problem, so the sgt got rid of her. Then "he" convinced the Sgt, that the other trainer was undermining him, so the sgt got rid of him. Then "he" convinced the sgt that another handler was being lazy and disappearing at night, so the sgt got rid of him. "He" nearly got into a fistfight with another handler who quit that same day because he couldnt deal with the "Crank" that he used to love so much.

Then it got worse.

The guys in the unit started to figure out who the ring leader was. They started to catch on to the BS. Eventually they figured out who was really making problems and so did the Sgts. Well one day there was an "Incident". "He" got stupid with another officer and that officer wasnt taking it. By now everyone was tired of him. "He" headbutted the other officer and before the officer could turn him into a pretzel they were separated. The sgts tried to squash it but "He" went to IA and claimed the other officer initiated a fight. Things got ugly. The sgts got removed. The Lt got removed and replaced by one from I.A. and eventually once everything got figured out, so did "He". But only after "he" had the other officer that "He" attacked RODd till everything got sorted out.

So "he" got put back out on regular patrol for a while. Everyone in the agency knew who and what "he" was. No one wanted anything to do with him. "He" was shunned. Word is, in exchange for not having some nasty stuff dropped in his IA file, "he" was politely asked to leave the agency.

So now you have him. Good luck.
