Help Me Understand

I am hoping that someone can help me understand something. I have read many posts on here about deputies complaining about the administration. And as a citizen, I see the votes go to an embedded career CCSO employee with Masters Degrees. Then you complain about the arrogance and loyalty to a few. Don't you think you could have seen that coming?

Dear concerned citizen, we did see this coming. That is why outside of command staff and family he had little support from the rank and file. Don't get wrong, he's a fine man with an impressive education. The problem is that he doesn't know how to treat people right. I'm not he knows how. Like most introverts he's egocentric which is to say he only sees his point of view. Such people believe everyone sees things as they do. They're confused when someone protests.
