One of your Sgt's (pickle green guys) told me that OCSO just lost three deputies to OPD last week.....seems the whole, "real agency that has true leadership and unlimited opportunities" part of your statement might not be so factual. Lets face it pal, every agency has retention problems, WGPD, OCSO and the list goes on.....
