There may be a lot of malcontents in our agency, but you can't say the administration isn't forgiving. Apparently Sammy who stepped on his crank several years ago is getting the big promo.

Umm yeah, no it’s not forgiving at all. If you’re one of their friends they protect you. If you’re anybody else you get screwed. Anybody else would have been arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm. He’s obviously a tool bag but him being promoted to a high rank here fits in perfectly with a majority of them.
