Not worth the effort

Well boys and girls nobody arrested this week. My sources say "it ain't worth the effort". All those agencies involved have other more important things to do. Nobody wants any of your alleged offenders stinking up patrol cars. Looks like all their. Going to get is a mail in $50 fine for the cost of the investigation. The only relief you're going to get is you three d/o.
