You are the stupid one if you put all your faith in the opinion of one judge. I could give you example after example of those opinions you are banking your life on that we're ludicrous and even more that we're overturned. Get over it.
    You are an idiot!

Actually the winners are Bob's, Gregg's, and Matt's attorneys! Bob sat back for a year stress eating and yes he got back pay, but all that went to attorney fees, just like the other two, so how exactly did the SAO and BPD lose?

Those of you that are on the innocent band wagon, do you know the circumstances of his former job departure in north Florida. Do some research.
    ARE YOU REALLY THAT STUPID?????

TWO JUDGES SAID THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT A CRIME WAS COMMITTED. PERIOD.

THAT IS A LOT DIFFERENT THAN SOMEONE BEING FOUND GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY.

NO EVIDENCE OF A CRIME MEANS IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE GONE PAST THE INVESTIGATORS DESK.[/quote:1xhbhnd4]

Absolutely correct. He should sue the police department.

More than likely they will all sue, to include those wrongfully associated and moved, or put in different positions simply because of their "association" according to the "family tree". They will sue every entity involved. The MCSB will end up having to cover attorney's fees since there was absolutely NO basis for them to fire them or take action, but that's only base on TWO Judges, One criminal and One Administrative.
