In this video, an FHP trooper tells a motorist that he cannot carry a loaded pistol on his person or in his vehicle, even though he has a valid a concealed carry license. The trooper states that the magazine must be removed from the weapon and the weapon cannot be accessible.

The female trooper in the video looks like a clueless know it all, very similar to Tom Knight. She speaks with great authority, yet she is completely wrong. Again, the parallel to Tom Knight is unmistakable. There's nothing worse than a know it all who is consistently wrong.
