The FBI guy making more then a major and doing nothing, but waiting for CM to take over, him and Gizzi going to staff meetings, have no business being there just a slap in the face to senior people, come on CM step up and put an end to this crap, we still believe in you but come on

And you keep believing in him why? You are seeing him for what he is. Lord Farquaad has Little Man Syndrome and has to run the department by intimidation because that's all he's got. He knows no one respects him. Respect has to be earned, and he has earned ZERO respect from our rank and file. He's earned 'zero' because he's done nothing TO earn it. We want so much to believe that our agency will be different with him, but we're like quicksand.... we're sinking while he stands and laughs. He has to bring in his chosen outsiders because he knows they'll be 'loyal' to him.

Yeah wake up man, why was all of command staff staying at the Hyatt Point hotel for the sheriff's meetings? who picked up the bill for all of that? and why was Mr FBI and the fraud Gizzi there? and who paid for them? must be nice to get paid and party and rink on duty while the rest of use are trying to handle all the calls, we need leadership from out side who has no ties to the area or the department
