On National TV the Miami Police Department looked inept and unprepared to handle what they had advance warning for and the Miami Dade County had to be called in to bail out an incompetent Chief Colina

* why no Response Platoons or field forces on the street - there should have been at least 4
* Why so few officers at the rear of station - There should have been at least 50 officers at the rear and also protecting
police vehicles and equipment under I 95
* Why were officers posted at the rear of station without riot shields and full gear

* Why was attack on Bay Side not anticipated
* Why were protests handled with Bike Patrol only -

17 Miami Police vehicles damaged or destroyed

Commissioners wake up - you appointed a Chief who never worked the streets and who has never distinguished himself in the department - He spent his whole career kissing ass in the office - He told everyone he wanted to be an ACTOR he surely is not a policeman

Commissioners do you sleep well at night after seeing the lack of command and control in the department!!!!!
