Thanks, Kurt. Let me see...your SSO employee lawsuit record is 0 and 3 or is it 4?? You will lose this one and if you don't settle early, you will also lose the election in 2016. Maybe your daddy Tom will go ahead and run then retire and ask the Govenor to appoint you to the job. Either way, get back under that desk. Tom isn't done yet!

ps Have you stolen anything lately?

Thats what the second floor kept saying about Sgt Bob Grahams lawsuit against Knight, after Knight fired Grahams ass. Then Knight chickened out and didnt want the lawsuit to go to trial, so they paid Sgt Graham almost a million dollars instead. Why?
Graham would have lost at trial. The judge threw out most of his case. The county settled instead of spending the money on fees.

Yeah because they would have had to pay almost 700,000.00 in fees so it was definitely cheaper to settle!
    Nice try Kurt!

That **** should have never been hired. Her day was coming and she knows it! Her only goal was to set up the SSO for a lawsuit from day one so she could be a stay at home mom.

So you are saying that anyone who sues Mr Knight is worthless OR only pinto bean is worthless? Mr Knight wholeheartly supported pinto bean she arranged for one of our own to be arrested for DUI.

"County Roads" got it right when he noted that Mr Knight is getting sued Balkwill. :snicker:

Pinti, or I'm sorry I guess she is properly called Byrd now, got what was coming to her. You can only mess with the people who sign your paycheck for so long before they decide to stop signing your paycheck.... If you haven't read her complaint I would suggest doing so..hilarious.

Knight is unjust (and bizarre) in his decisions, ranging from the Ron Locke child molestation allegation (and Knight's refusing to investigate it) all the way to Knight's ridiculous suspension of Brian Olree for being late to a meeting. Knight's list of bizarre behaviors is endless and SSO employees are royally tired of it, so numerous SSO employees are finally standing up to Knight's odd behaviors/decisions by taking him to court, where the playground is evenly leveled. But even there, Knight has already tried to politically manipulate the judicial system, which is illegal. Knight has already met with one judge at a party and he started talking about one of his cases that is coming before the judge. That is forbidden and even a rookie knows that, so why did Knight do it? Because he has no ethics.
